Fresh Tomato Jam Pizza with Pepperoni & Chives

Serving Size: 12 inch pizza
1 pre-made pizza dough
Pepperoni, sliced (we used Vermont Smoke & Cure)
Cheddar cheese (we used Cabot)
Fresh mozzarella, sliced (we used Maplebrook Farm)
Blake Hill Fresh Tomato Savory Jam
Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. If a pizza stone is available, place on the middle rack and heat with the oven.
Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12” on a floured surface.
Spread 3 - 4 Tbsp of Fresh Tomato Savory Jam on your dough.
Place pepperoni slices on top of jam followed by slices of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes on the middle rack, or stone, of your oven.
Remove from oven when ready and sprinkle freshly chopped chives, then slice and Enjoy!
